TruckMate is a comprehensive system used by many of today’s leading carriers throughout North America. It was originally developed and sold by Maddocks Systems, and is now sold by TMW Systems.

Training, Customization, Consulting
But since it is complex, many clients are not using the full capabilities of Truckmate. There is a lot to the software, and you have more there than you know. We can help with training and customization, so you can get more out of your system.
Perhaps there is something in the back of your mind that tells you there is more you could be doing, and it pains you that you paid for the software and wish you could do more with it. Again, we can help. We can consult with you and discuss possible improvements and solutions.

If you are looking to get into Truckmate for the first time, and TMW’s timeline is too far out for you, we might be able to bring it back in by taking on the software installation and training part of the project. They have limited resources, and we might be able to help you get up and running sooner.
Upgrades
If it is upgrade time, and TMW is backed up with work that it will be months before they get to you, we can help you with the upgrade. If you have custom code, be sure to let us know so we can check with TMW for compatibility. Often customer requested improvements are rolled into the next release, but we have to check. Things like that we are used to, and we love making a happy client.
